Acre Landscapes is an award-winning Commercial Landscape Construction and Maintenance Company with our head office based in Sussex. We take pride in the landscapes we create and maintain, as well as the way we run our business and support our staff. We are proud winners of the BALI Principal Employer Excellence Award 2023.

Due to recent expansion of our grounds maintenance portfolio, we are looking to recruit for the following positions:

• Landscape Gardener/Operative or Team Leader/Supervisor – Stratford-based, working across various sites in East London (company van may be provided).
• Landscape Gardener/Operative – Static sites in Woolwich/Kidbrooke.
• Landscape Gardener/Operative – Static site in Barking.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Landscape Gardeners/Operatives – At least one year of experience in gardening or grounds maintenance, plus a genuine passion for horticulture working as part of a small team.

✅ Team Leader/Supervisor – A proven track record in maintaining commercial landscapes, plus ideally experience supervising a small team. A driving licence is essential as this role comes with a company vehicle for the right candidate. Ideally, you will also have a PA1/PA6 spraying certificate and an NVQ or equivalent in horticulture.

✅ You must live within commuting distance of these East London locations.

Salary & Benefits:

• Operative Salary: £25,400 – £26,500 per annum
• Team Leader Salary: £26,500 – £28,000 per annum
