About the Role

We’re looking for a Mobile Maintenance Gardener to join a friendly, professional garden design and maintenance team. Working with clients across London and Surrey, you’ll help maintain and enhance beautiful outdoor spaces, encouraging more people to connect with nature.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for horticulture and a desire to build a long-term career in greening urban environments.

Key Responsibilities

– General garden care and upkeep
– Lawn maintenance and seasonal planting
– Pruning, hedge trimming, and hard surface cleaning

– Operating garden machinery (training provided)

– A love of working outdoors in all seasons
– A reliable, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
– Ability to work independently and within a team
– Punctuality and good time management
– Driving licence preferred
– Must have the right to work in the UK
