How do you know if you are the right fit for a job?
The vacancy page will include a job description or main duties of the role and the person specification. This tells you what kind of applicant they are looking for, level of experience, skills and behaviours. If there is no specification, you can work out the same information from the job description and employer summary.
This helps you tailor your application as well as preparation when you are invited to interview.
Sometimes there will also be an employer summary, telling you a bit more about the company.
