Job Description

The Head Gardener oversees a team of gardeners, ensures proper horticultural practices are followed, and manages resources efficiently.

Requirements

• Experience in leading or mentoring a team within a ground maintenance or landscaping environment.
• Financial awareness towards staffing levels and overtime, tools and equipment, company property and waste.
• Overall understanding of health and safety procedures.
• A reliable individual with a ‘can do’ attitude.
• Full UK Driving License.
