Plant Plan is looking for a motivated Maintenance Technician to join its Operations team, maintaining beautiful interior and exterior planting displays across customer sites throughout London.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with plants, takes pride in delivering excellent customer service, and is looking to build a career within the horticulture and interior landscaping sector.

About the Role

As a Field-Based Maintenance Technician, you’ll work independently, travelling between customer sites using public transport to care for a wide range of planting displays.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring every display is maintained to the highest standard while building positive relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain interior and exterior planting displays
• Water, prune and clean plants
• Carry out plant health checks, pest control and plant replacements where required
• Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships
• Manage your daily schedule efficiently
• Complete daily reporting and liaise with your Area Service Manager
• Care for company equipment and vehicles
• Attend company training and events as required

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has an interest in plants and horticulture
• Is friendly, professional and customer focused
• Can work independently and manage their own workload
• Is physically fit and comfortable carrying and moving equipment
• Is reliable and organised
• Can work a full five-day week

DBS and AML checks will be arranged if required.
