About the role

As a Skilled Gardener, you will have a unique opportunity to maintain iconic greenspaces throughout Brompton Cemetery, managed by Royal Parks, shaping the grounds of this famous and historic site to continue the delivery of the highest horticultural standards. You will contribute your skills and experience to a range of duties from maintaining the tree lined central avenue brimming with bulbs in spring, to flower rich meadows attracting butterflies and bees. Exotic seasonal bedding, specimen trees, shrubs and foliage. This is a fantastic opportunity to enhance your current career and be a vital part of the Royal Parks specialist team.

Requirements

  • A good working knowledge of horticulture and grounds maintenance.
  • A strong health and safety mindset and adept at problem solving.
  • Must have equivalent of Level 2 Horticulture (NVQ) or RHS or demonstratable 5 years high horticultural experience.
  • PA1 & PA6 certificates desirable.
  • A full UK driving license is preferable.
