Introducing the Green Space Skills Hub Spotlight Series

As Green Careers has now ended for another year, and we bring our Force of Nature campaign to a close, we want to make it poignant that diversity, challenging stigma and promoting real opportunities for young people and career changers should be a focus for green space employers all year round.

To bring our Force of Nature A/W campaign 2024 to a close, we are launching a series of interviews with women across the horticulture sector, who demonstrate the potential for career opportunity, the benefits of working in green space, and the routes of support that have enabled them to find their purpose.

Following the findings of our 2023 Sector Perception Report, it was clear that women are not only underrepresented in the sector, they are a great asset to this workforce. To showcase this unlocked achievements, we want to create a space for Nature’s Heroine’s to share their stories, showcase their phenomenal and varied experience and inspire other under-represented individuals to consider this amazing industry as a sector of choice in their career journey.
