Course overview: Spring Pruning – Viticulture
Are you ready to expand your knowledge and skills in viticulture? Spring pruning, also known as ‘shoot selection’ is a key task in the vineyard year. A vital course for every potential vineyard owner, manager or worker.
A practice led course, your day will begin with theory in the morning, followed by hands-on training at Forty Hall Vineyard in the afternoon. The day will close with a short theory and practice test of your new learning.

Qualification
