Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Engage with community groups and individuals to identify and develop volunteering opportunities.
  • Develop and implement community projects focused on park maintenance, landscape improvements, and environmental initiatives.
  • Manage volunteer programs, ensuring safety and providing training.
  • Build relationships with internal departments, client teams, and external organizations to facilitate community work.

Qualifications:

  • A nationally recognised academic qualification to at least NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, or equivalent experience in the parks management/grounds maintenance sector.
  • A full, clean driving license.
  • Experience in community engagement, project management, and volunteer coordination.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
