About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager with a successful track record in selling services to end-user clients. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced sales environment, with a demonstrated ability to generate and manage proposals effectively for a diverse range of clients, with deal values ranging from £500 to £50,000. While we welcome candidates from various sectors, experience in the service industry is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, including site visits and relationship-building with clients.
Apply a structured and adaptable sales approach to meet diverse client needs effectively.
Operate independently after receiving initial support from an operational colleague, gradually transitioning to autonomous performance.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to drive business growth.
Requirements
Proven success in sales, preferably within the service industry.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a high volume of proposals.
Strong organisational skills with experience in building and maintaining a sales database.
Sincere, credible, and professional demeanour, with a self-starter mentality and the ability to work autonomously.
