What is a supported Internship?

Aimed at those aged 16-24 this is a great opportunity for young people to develop their skills in a friendly environment, whilst taking their first steps into the world of employment.

Why choose Harington?

Harington’s free Internship offer a mix of classroom based education, work experience with job coaching individually tailored to each student. Includes 3 days of work placements and 1 day of classroom work each week.

Are you eligible?

  • Are you interested in a real work experience to get ready for a paid job?
  • Are you aged 16-24 with SEND?
  • Do you have a current EHCP?
  • Have you got a Horticulture Entry Level 3 or above?
  • Are you able to learn to travel to placements independently?
  • Are you available to undertake an internship programme from September 2024 – July 2025.
